Welcome to Print Route Terms & Conditions



Printroute works as a mediator between the business person and the consumer, helps in shipping goods and maintaining all the needed privacy policies.We use (DTF)Direct to Fusing Digital printing method for all our cotton apparel AND Polyester styles. It has some specific fabric and design file requirements.

The printing charges for white apparels and dark apparels are the same, a CMYK layer is printed first and then WHITE Layer is printed. So the charges are the same for color apparels.Minimum charges for printing applicable for smaller print sizes like Pocket Print and sleeve prints.We ensure to get optimum screen printing like output for all our printed apparels, but in very few cases there may be small white outlines seen which is not totally avoidable because of the Color reverse process.

All our clothing products are subject to measurement variation upto half inch. As all the apparel styles are stitched by human this is unavoidable, but with strict quality guidelines and production systems we keep this to very minimum.Our prints on cotton apparels are to withstand around 30 to 40 washes when washing instructions are followed which are Cold Wash, Tumble Dry, Dry in shade, Do not wring and Do not bleach.All 100% cotton garments are shrinkable upto 3-4% as international apparel quality standard. We maintain all our apparel styles well within this limit.


We produce On Demand Printroute products within a commercially reasonable time frame. Usually Printroute works on to dispatch all the orders placed within 1-3 working days.. In cases of unusually high volume orders, additional time might be required.
Note: You will need to add shipping transit time into your order to estimate when your packages will arrive.

We have a very efficient production team to handle the process effectively to handle sudden surge of orders. We also have partial and full refund of orders in place when there is more delays in dispatching the order. You can contact the support team with the order number to know about the same.Any claim on the dispatched goods has to be made within 30 days of delivered date. No claim whatsoever will not be accepted beyond this time.

We work with third party couriers companies like Bluedart,Delhivery,FedEx, ECom Express and Software Solutions like NImbus post & Shiprocket etc for our logistics operations.For any delay/error in shipment delivery, kindly reach our support team. They will personally follow and resolve that issues. But there may be reasons like Courier partner errors, customer refusing the shipment, not picking a call, expecting delayed delivery repeatedly for return to origin (RTO) of shipments. printroute cannot be held responsible for this. However, we assure we will take our best efforts to get all orders delivered.

Printroute allows you to use your own courier account and upload the shipment labels while placing the orders. International shipment to certain countries may attract extra customs duty from customers, which has to be borne by your customers.Printroute offers both prepaid and COD (Cash on Delivery) courier services to all pin codes in India. Charges for remote areas which can be served only through India Post will be higher and will be deducted from your merchant wallet accordingly.Courier delays in certain areas may happen in uncontrollable ways due to city lockdown, natural calamities, bandh, local festival etc.


Printroute accepts payments in manual and online mode to the wallet. In manual mode, you transfer the amount to our bank account and then add the payment yourself to the wallet. In online mode, you pay using credit/debit card and it automatically adds to the wallet.

Kindly note : In manual mode, if you add an amount to wallet without transferring money or by adding fake transaction numbers, orders will be withheld and account will be disabled. COD payments are added to the wallet in 7 working days from order delivered date. The wallet money can be used to place further orders. Kindly reach our support team to get Payments to your bank account. We will transfer to your account in next 7-10 working days.

If customer pays in Cash on delivery for a prepaid order by mistake, we do not get that amount from courier companies and hence cannot pay you for the same.Any refunds whatsoever will be made in the form of wallet credits only.

GST invoices are sent on the first week of succeeding month.Update correct GST number in your profile to have GST updated in your invoices. Any queries for change in invoice has to be made within 3 days of receiving the same.


Printroute stores all returned (RTO) shipments for 30 days as individual products by opening and labelling each one.In this time Frame you can Reship any Orders to same customer or Different customer. Packing and Handling and re-shipping courier charges applicable for return shipments. Courier charges not applicable for Self pick up Orders.

After 30 days, returned shipments will be sent back to your return shipping address. Update your return shipping address in your profile section accordingly. Packing and Handling and RTN Reship courier charges applicable for return shipments. You can send courier labels for Returned orders too.


Printroute multiple ways to add designs while placing the orders.Designs needs to be minimum of 150 DPI-300 DPI for apparel and accessories printing.Design files needs to be in PNG format for DTF Printing. We cant Remove design background and design colors.For orders without proper design files or files with background or files in different format will be put hold with prior notification.

Printroute cannot be responsible for orders delayed due to design issues. Those orders will be re-queued again and will take 2-3 days to dispatch once issues are solved.

Note : Print Route cannot be responsible for your designs like copyrighted images, designsand other Branded logos. You have to handle it in case of any complaints. Printroute will not print designs against Public leaders & Religions and Nudity designs.
