Printroute is obliged to accept cancellations before any order is being taken for Production, Once we moved the order to prodution, we cant stop the production in between and hence cancellations are accepted before change in the status of the Order. By using Printroute, the Registered User agrees to this terms to provide services to them.


Printroute offer refunds to Customers based on their active status, If the merchant account is dormant and not in use for than 3 months and if there is any positive balance in thier Wallet Credit, they may raise a request for refund by sending an email to [email protected] and the same shall be processed within 10 working days to the Merchant Bank Account by means of NEFT / UPI / Cheque Only.
